Resetting your password

Once your account is created, you will receive an email with an invitation to log in to Membrain.  If you forget your password at any time, complete the following steps to reset.

 

Option 1

Go to http://yourcompanydomainname.membrain.com/

Click on “lost your password?” 

Type in your email address

Click “Request Reset”

Your new password will be sent to you via email. 

 

Please note:  the invitation is only valid for 24 hours, after that you may use the recover password function to create a new password at any time.

 

Option 2

If you would simply like to change your password, you can do this through the My Settings section of Membrain.  

From the Main Membrain Menu, go down to My Settings (cogs icon)

Under the Login header you can update the email adress associated to your Membrain account and change your password. How strict the password has to be or how often it has to be renewed is controlled by the Administrator(s) of your Membrain instance.
