The Zendesk integration needs to be set up both in Membrain, as well as in Zendesk.
By using the Membrain menu and going to the "Admin" page (only visible for users with administrative priviliges) you can reach the "Integrations" tab where the Zendesk integration can be found if it's enabled for your organization in Membrain.
