How does it work with accounts and companies in Membrain and Salesforce?

If you have a company in Membrain that you create a sales project for already exists in Salesforce, multiple accounts will not be created in Salesforce. The opportunity will be associated with the existing account in Salesforce, provided the spelling of the Company name is the same in both systems.
